Introducing Carmel Creek Ranch

Almost 40 acres nestled in Carmel Valley
Coastal breezes and easily accessible
just off the 56 freeway and Carmel Country Road

Large jumping arena, 2 large arenas, 2 round pens

Carmel Creek Ranch, just off the 56, located on an almost 40-acre site formerly known as the “Little Ranch”, is a full-service boarding facility and home of the owner, managers, and much of the staff, providing security for you and your horses.

Amenities include a large Triple Crown arena for jumping and flat work, a natural sand arena for riding and cattle work, another natural sand arena for riding and turnouts adjacent to the “playground”, an excellent large, fenced training venue, where your horse can be turned out or you can take them through the obstacles, and two round pens for training or for turnouts.

Abutting the Carmel Mountain Preserve and with the Del Mar Mesa Preserve to the east, Carmel Creek Ranch provides direct access to a variety of trails, ranging from flat to more complex climbs and downgrades into Los Penasquitos Canyon Preserve, part of the original Rancho Los Penasquitos, the first Mexican land grant in the state, a two-mile-wide riding opportunity which runs six miles east to west. This area abounds with wildlife and hundreds of native plant species, some of which are found nowhere else in the world.   All these trails also give you access to larger, farther-ranging trails all the way to Highway 67 or out to Lake Hodges, if you and your horse are up for that.
